Macos high sierra office 3654/7/2023 There is also a dedicated download link for 10.10 thru 10.12.6, but that definitely doesn't describe my install, so I don't want to use it. Once the 1.8GB download finished, the installer just said "This software requires macOS version 10.14.0 or later". The download link I used from says "Requires MacOS Sierra 10.13.6 or later.", which is a requirement that I know I meet. I have access to it through my college, and the official instructions say to go to and download the correct version. Original Post: So, as the title says, I can't get Office 365 to install on my 2011 21.5" iMac running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (version 17G14042, if anyone cares). Thanks to u/wb6vpm for his help in determining this was the right way to go! I now have Office 365 working via that alternate download link. For some reason, the website hasn't been updated to say that 10.14.x or higher is required, and that 10.13.6 users need to use the legacy link. The solution was to use the download link for older OS versions, because 10.13.6 is no longer supported by Office 365.
